kdegraphics-libs-data software package provides transitional package for data files of various kdegraphics libs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdegraphics-libs-data
kdegraphics-libs-data is installed in your system.
